    ODESSA – The School Board voted to increase the daily substitute teacher pay during a March 23 meeting. Substitute teachers will now be paid $145 daily, up from $130, effective in March.     ODESSA – Odessa Memorial Hospital Clinic Manager Jace Angelly announced March 24 that the facility is no longer providing COVID-19 vaccines and booster shots. The announcement came during a hospital board meeting. The curtailment means residents wanting a COVID shot will have to travel to Davenport or elsewhere, Angelly said.
