DAVENPORT – A Lincoln County Jail inmate has been found dead for the second time in the last month. Mark W. Robinson, 45, was being held in jail and awaiting transfer to the state Department of Corrections when he was found dead during a routine cell check around 11:30 p.m. May 6. DAVENPORT – A Creston man convicted of first-degree child molestation was sentenced to 12 months confinement in Lincoln County Jail. DAVENPORT--Highway 28 has re-opened in both directions about three miles south of town at milepost 131 and at milepost 118 in Harrington after momentarily closing due to two semitrucks colliding and leaking hazmat chemicals, a press release from Washington State Patrol and a Facebook post by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department said.
