    DAVENPORT--A train transporting grain through town derailed around 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20 behind the grain elevators between Third and Fourth Streets. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory from 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18 to 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 19. The NWS forecasts 1 to 3 inches of wet snow falling in the Davenport and Spokane areas. The highest snowfall amounts are expected in elevations above 2,000 feet, which includes Davenport.
