Spring has finally arrived and with it come some new developments and some new challenges for the town. Hello friends. There has been a lot of activity going on with the town in recent months. I wanted to update you on some of these activities. The town has hired a new police chief, Tom Clark. He and his family are in the process of moving to Odessa. Tom has many years of law enforcement experience and will be a wonderful addition to the department and the town.
