The 10th Annual Harrington Car Show has been scheduled for Saturday, May 21 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. "in remembrance of Allen Jay Barth.” The main event is at The Studebaker Garage at 9 N. 3rd Street. HARRINGTON–The Harrington Opera House rummage fundraiser on March 25 and 26 was dubbed March Gladness, which was predictive of the outpouring of people, cheer, activity and funds. HOHS coordinated with Kathy Mathews of The Marketplace to also be open on Friday. The event was successful with the wonderful turnout of people and supportive helpers. HARRINGTON—City council interviewed a candidate for treasurer, met with a representative from the state Department of Commerce and discussed a relocation plan at the March 23 regular meeting. Council began with the treasurer interview after receiving a letter of interest from Kelly Forman.
