    ODESSA – The May 10 meeting of the Odessa Town Council met in the community center was chaired by Mayor Bill Crossley and attended by the full council (Vickie Iverson, Landon Lobe, Kelly Watkins, Amy Hunt, Marlene Kramer). The council voted unanimously to cancel the recycling contract with Lincoln County, citing the expense involved in the program.     POMEROY – At the April 17 track and field meet held in Pomeroy, Odessa sophomore Ashlyn Neilsen set a new Odessa High School record in the high jump by clearing 5 feet, 3 inches.     CUISICK – On April 13, the Tigers traveled to Cusick and won both ends of the double header against the Panthers. The Tigers took the first game by a score of 20-3 and the second game 34-3.
