Since the Christmas basketball tournament in Spokane over the winter break, there have been no basketball games for us to report on. This week, the Tigers have away games in Wellpinit on Tuesday and in Northport on Friday, as well as a home game on Saturday versus Inchelium. Saturday’s games start at 3 p.m. for the girls’ JV, followed by the girls’ varsity at 4:30 p.m. and the boys’ varsity at 6 p.m. There will be no boys’ JV game, as Inchelium has no JV boys team. Harley Gale Wraspir passed away December 21, 2019 in Spokane. He was born February 9, 1935 in Odessa to Frank and Alice Wraspir. He married Apryl Holm in Odessa on June 18, 1961. Harley enjoyed playing bridge, golf, trap shooting, skiing, traveling both in the U.S. and abroad. He was a part of the Odessa Grange, VFW, Odessa Gun Club and the Heritage Church in Odessa.
