    DAVENPORT—Last Thursday brought 4.3 measured inches of snow here, which was a Jan. 6 record since the National Weather Service began recording daily precipitation in 1893.     DAVENPORT—The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office received $148,138 in grant funding from the state Department of Commerce for “less than lethal” equipment following legislative laws passed at the state level regarding public safety in the 2021 session.     DEEP CREEK--An adult woman was killed this morning in a two-car crash near the 6500 block of North Wood Road in Spokane County northeast of Reardan. The crash occurred around 7 a.m., according to a press release from the Spokane County Sheriff's Office.
