ODESSA — Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center is now dispensing the COVID-19 vaccine per state and county health department guidelines. The local hospital has received 50 doses of the Moderna vaccine in the last two weeks, employees said. Long-term care and assisted-living residents, healthcare workers, community firefighters and police officers are currently being vaccinated.
