DAVENPORT — A Lincoln County Superior Court judge granted a motion Wednesday to release Brittney Rose Morgan, 39, from her financial obligations related to a previous conviction. Prosecutors did not object to the motion. Morgan pleaded guilty on Oct. 17, 2017, to second-degree theft.
