    The Harrington Library Board hosted a "Legos in the Library" after-school event last Thursday. Thirty Kindergarten through eighth-grade children brought bags and boxes of Legos to have a building extravaganza!     A closing date of March 28 for the sale of Odessa’s mothballed biodiesel processing facility will pass, like so many dates preceding it, with no action taken.     Council members discussed a suggestion from town clerk Gail Kiesz that the parking along the side of the community center be changed to angle parking. The reason for the change was that large pickups in particular take up too much of the roadway when parked facing straight in toward the building.
