Tuesday's meeting of the Odessa Chamber of Commerce was headed by a very tired trio of officers. President Zach Schafer and vice president Jeff Huiras were still helping to clean up the race campsite and haul tables and benches back to town on Monday and Tuesday. It has been a busy winter and spring for the members of the Odessa Healthcare Foundation and the FBLA Partnership With Business team. This is the second year the Healthcare Foundation has partnered with FBLA. OLYMPIA – April 2, 2019 – The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission invites the public to celebrate the spring season and Earth Day with two free days at state parks in April. On Monday, April 1, 2019, 20 students spent the first day of spring break in the basement of the Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center becoming certificated babysitters. This brings the total to 123 students who have participated in a Babysitting Basics class. HOHS The Harrington Opera House Society met in the Art Room for its monthly meeting on April 1. Present were Ellen Evans, Becky Moeller, Sheryl and Mark Stedman, Billie and Gordon Herron, Ed and Bunny Haugan, Marge Womach, Carol, and Karen Robertson.
