The Washington State FBLA Leadership Conference was held at the Spokane Convention Center April 20-23, attended by 27 students from Odessa High School. The Titan track team competed in the Undeberg Invite in Ritzville April 30, hosted by the Lind-Ritzville/Sprague athletic cooperative. The boys placed 10th out of 29 teams. The top three teams were Okanogan, Kittitas and NW Christian (Colbert). The girls placed 12th out of 27 teams, with the top three slots taken by Okanogan, Colfax and Royal City. The Odessa-Harrington Titan golf team hosted the Mead and Lewis & Clark JV teams in Harrington on April 29. Individually, Cody Hagel and Thomas Brown of Mead tied for first with a score of 85. Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwiches have been a staple on the Quilt Show menu for many years. The recipe originated with Betty Lybbert of Moses Lake and shared with Debbie Buscher.
