DAVENPORT — City Council promptly tabled an agreement for an updated law enforcement service contract between the City and Sheriff’s Office Wednesday, May 22. PULLMAN - Two area FFA teams qualified for the National Convention with first-place, state championship performances at the 94th State FFA Convention and Expo May 9-11. Kelli Wilkie, 54, of Davenport will be selling advertising and holding regular office hours for The Record-Times. HARRINGTON — The City issued a water boil order to its residents after a motor on the City’s third water pump failed Tuesday, May 21. That order was rescinded Wednesday, May 22. Mayor Joe Armand asked residents to conserve water with “extreme diligence” in a message given to Harrington citizens Tuesday. “While we are limping along with our City’s original well, it isn’t delivering the volume that we are used to,” Armand said.
