ODESSA — A local entrepreneur is opening a new restaurant in downtown Odessa. Nate Lathrop opened 410 Burgers at 206 W. DAVENPORT — A swimmer that was reported missing Sunday, July 2 was found deceased after washing up near a cabin by Laughbon Landing on the Spokane arm of Lake Roosevelt in the morning of Tuesday, July 4. 28-year-old Kyle O’Malley of Spokane was the missing swimmer, officials said.
