    OLYMPIA – The state Department of Fish and Wildlife is moving to protect Cascade red foxes from trapping statwide.     REARDAN – One person was killed July 6 when a motorcycle struck a Ford F150 pickup on U.S. Highway 2 east of the city. Christina J.     DAVENPORT — After two days of blistering heat, rural areas of Eastern Washington will “cool” down into the mid-90s over the next several days. According to the National Weather Service a few records fell around Eastern Washington.
