    DAVENPORT—A Vancouver man convicted of robbing Rickey’s Corner Market tried his thieving luck again last week with similar results, according to records. Casey C. Lattanzi, 39, was arrested with 40-year-old Crystal Ann Jones and charged with second-degree assault, second-degree theft, motor vehicle theft and second-degree robbery after reportedly stealing a car from Safeway Apartments.     ODESSA- Police Chief Les Jimerson asked the council if there could be a roadblock for a mass casualty drill on Monday, Oct. 24. The Odessa Police Department, Fire Department and Odessa Memorial Healthcare Clinic would provide various equipment for the drill.
