LINCOLN COUNTY—The 2021 general election season has arrived. Election Day is coming up Tuesday, Nov. 3. Ballots must be postmarked by 8 p.m. that day. DAVENPORT—Leslie Oliver, the business manager for the school district here, is resigning her position effective Nov. 15 after accepting a new position with the Northeast Washington Educational Service District. REARDAN—The Reardan-Edwall School District was granted an emergency connectivity federal grant totaling just over $700,000, the district announced late last week. The funding is the first the district applied for in the federal grant passed titled the Emergency Connectivity Fund to help students around the country with limited or no Internet access receive a satellite connection.
