    LINCOLN COUNTY--Three incumbents are trailing after the first election returns amongst the seven contested races in the Davenport, Reardan, Harrington, Edwall and Sprague areas. Challengers are defeating incumbents in races for Harrington school board, Fire District No. 4 and Fire District No. 5.     LINCOLN COUNTY—The 2021 general election season has arrived. Election Day is coming up Tuesday, Nov. 3. Ballots must be postmarked by 8 p.m. that day.     REARDAN—The Reardan-Edwall School District was granted an emergency connectivity federal grant totaling just over $700,000, the district announced late last week. The funding is the first the district applied for in the federal grant passed titled the Emergency Connectivity Fund to help students around the country with limited or no Internet access receive a satellite connection.
