After a busy weekend for the public works crew, members of the Odessa Town Council heard from homeowners affected by basements flooded with sewage in the southwest corner of the town. 12 years ago From the Odessa Record November 2, 1939 The Grange Milling company mill, flour warehouse and part of the elevator and storage tanks were destroyed by fire of unknown origin discovered early Saturday. The loss is estimated at $80,000, including about $60,000 to the mill, warehouse and elevator and some 4000 barrels of flour and 75 tons of mill feed and other products stored in the flourhouse.
