DAVENPORT—Emily Lybbert Hansen is well on her way to winning the race for Lincoln County Treasurer. As of the end of county on general election night, Tuesday, Nov. 8, Hansen had 3,104 votes (71.41%). Her competitor, Brad Sweet, had 1,213 votes (27.9%).
