For over a decade, Steve Luiten and the Odessa Union Warehouse have graciously tested the engineering designs of Odessa High's ninth-grade Integrated Science class during their unit on forces and impulse. Seven quilts were presented in 2017, and we were able to follow up with nine more this year. Normally, the Odessa Town Council would have met on Tuesday, since Monday was a designated holiday, Veterans Day. Consultation with council members revealed, however, that no quorum would be achieved on Tuesday.
