    DAVENPORT – Lincoln County Courthouse computers continued to be “compromised” after a Nov. 19 incident that has required a cyber security team. According to Lincoln County Commissioner Rob Coffman, the software systems were “compromised by an outside party.” The county has a “team on the ground that is working on it,” he said.
