    DAVENPORT — A Sultan man facing several thievery-related charges had his arraignment continued a week in Lincoln County Superior Court Tuesday, Dec. 12. Tulsa Edger Allen Hill, 32, is charged with first-degree malicious mischief, second-degree malicious mischief, second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and second-degree theft.     SPRAGUE — One man was killed and two women were injured in a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 90 about four miles east of the city Thursday, Dec. 7. Angel A. Cuevas, 22, George was pronounced deceased after being transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center, according to a release from Washington State Patrol. Litzy J.     DAVENPORT — The Lincoln County Commissioners approved the 2024 update to the county’s 6-year capital facilities plan at their regular meeting Monday, Dec. 4, as is typical practice during the annual budget cycle at the end of each calendar year due a requirement from the Growth Management Act.
