GRAND COULEE — A vacant home and five other smaller structures burned in a roughly 150-acre fire at 5897 Spring Canyon Road Friday, Aug. 18. DAVENPORT — Lincoln County was awarded its fourth broadband-related grant Monday, May 1. The county’s Deer Meadows and Seven Bays FTTx project will receive up to $8,921,342 in Coronavirus Capital Program Funds in the 2021-23 state capital budget.
