WILBUR — A Keller girl was killed in a single-car crash outside town late Friday night, June 23. 16-year-old Mary Jayne LaPlante died in the rollover crash that also injured five other juveniles at Sherman Road North and Williams Road East. The county’s Deer Meadows and Seven Bays FTTx project will receive up to $8,921,342 in Coronavirus Capital Program Funds in the 2021-23 state capital budget.
