Kunkel, 27, of Davenport, pleaded guilty May 14 to solicitation to commit delivery of marijuana, amended by prosecutors as a result of a plea agreement from illegal delivery of marijuana to an underage individual. Strohmaier, Judge Criminal Sentencings Timothy Albert Evenson, 31, pleaded guilty April 9 to third-degree escape in connection with his failure to report on Jan. 2 to begin serving four months in jail, part of his sentence for second-degree trafficking in stolen property that was handed down Nov. 27, 2018.
