    HARRINGTON—Three young Davenport men who graduated from the high school here in the past decade were killed in a car crash on Harrington-Tokio Road Friday, June 7. Alan Kysar, 26, Braedon Efraimson, 26, and Blake Wilson, 24, all of Davenport, succumbed to their injuries in the 2-vehicle crash at the intersection of Mohler Road that was reported at approximately 8:30 p.m, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office confirmed today.     HARRINGTON — Residents in city limits are still asked to conserve water as Mayor Joe Armand is scrambling to find a permanent solution to fix its water pump on Well No. 3 that failed Tuesday, May 21.
