The event started at 11 a.m. in the meeting room with about double the number of people who attended last year. Stephen Hardy welcomed the guests and Tony Hamilton led the group in a prayer. Complete results of the November 5 general election are given below. In the Odessa races there were no upsets, and incumbents easily retained their seats. Of the 7,434 registered voters in Lincoln County, only 4,182 or 56.26 percent had submitted ballots as of November 12, 2019. The election is scheduled to be certified on November 26.
