HARRINGTON – The Harrington City Council voted Saturday, Jan. 11, to approve the $26,000 purchase of a 2022 Kobelco Sk30 mini excavator. The excavator, to be purchased from a seller in Nine Mile Falls, Wash., was listed on Facebook Marketplace for $27,550.
