HARRINGTON- Steven Marsh gave an update on bids that various companies placed to fix the water leak at the city council meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 26. He said there were six bidders; the lowest was JR Massie out of Davenport. "My estimate was at $528,000 and JR Massie gave the lowest bid at $428,000," Marsh said.
