    DAVENPORT —-The results are certified, and all Lincoln County school levy propositions have passed. Results were certified Friday, Feb. 23. The local District flirting with levy failure was Reardan-Edwall, mostly due to opposition in Spokane County. But Lincoln County favored the levy enough to overrule said opposition.     DAVENPORT — A Kennewick man booked in Lincoln County Jail died over the weekend from medical causes, the Sheriff’s Office confirmed this week. Thomas L.
