    DAVENPORT—The state Republican Party is holding statewide caucuses this weekend, and Lincoln County is no different. Pegram, 20, of Davenport, entered a guilty plea and was convicted of two counts of third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, third-degree theft, possession of a stolen firearm, third-degree rape, first-degree malicious mischief, custodial assault and second-degree assault. After using reserve funds to close a roughly $1.4 million budget gap that usually besets small counties like Lincoln, the current expense fund balanced at $22,004,444.
