WILBUR — Ferry service across the Columbia River is expected to resume this weekend following repairs to the vessel. The M/V Sanpoil ferry was scheduled to undergo hull repairs from Tuesday, July 16, through Friday, July 19, state Department of Transportation spokesman Ryan Overton said.
