Zucchini proves out again to be the one thing you can grow anywhere under just about any set of conditions. Soon, most of us will have had our fill of sautéed young zucchini and chilled sliced zucchini dipped in ranch dressing, and will be scouting around for new ideas to use up this summer bounty.
