Town of Odessa litigation dropped by plaintiffs

A lawsuit brought against the Town of Odessa in 2004 has been resolved. Town Council members went into executive session at the end of the September 12 meeting to hear from Mayor Doug Plinski that the suit had been dropped. Following the executive session, members met again briefly in open session to announce the decision received in the form of a letter from the court.
