Who are the Red Hatters?

We are the women in red hats, we are the ones enjoying life to the fullest, no matter where we are or what we are doing.

We are the mothers, daughters, sisters and grandmothers of society.

When you belong to the RHS (Red Hat Society) you are the vital part of an enormous nurturing network of women. We always have fun when we get together. If you are over 50, you wear red hats; if you’re under 50, you wear pink hats.

As a group of women, we work together to raise money for us to do fun things. But we also contribute to our community and beyond. We have done gift packages for the military, and also send cards on the holidays.

We have donated to the cancer society, the FBLA, Friends of the Pool and bought a brick to support the building of the Festplatz. We try to contribute to many projects in our community.

We also call bingo at the nursing home and give prizes, as well as handing out candy to the residents at Halloween.

We hope you all have a better understanding of who we are and what we do. We really hope that some of you will come join us.
