Floch Games are postponed

Odessa-Harrington athletic director Darin Reppe has announced that the Ryan Floch Memorial Basketball Games, originally scheduled for Tuesday, November 29, at Big Bend Community College in Moses Lake this year, have been postponed due to the high school football playoffs. Several Odessa-Harrington football team members are still practicing and playing games each weekend until they either lose and go home or win and move on to the next game.

Many members of the football team also plan to play basketball but will be unable to get enough practice time in to be able to play until after their football season is over.

"We have postponed the games scheduled for Tuesday 11/29 and Friday 12/2. If the football team wins on Saturday, the first basketball game will not be until December 10. If the football season ends on Saturday, the first basketball game will be on December 3," Reppe said.

A revised schedule will be issued once all of the changes and dates are known.
