Serving Lincoln County for more than a century!
Twenty-two quilters and friends gathered Monday evening at Any Occasion Banquet Hall for the annual Christmas dinner and party.
Quilt Club President Debbie Buscher gave a welcoming address, then turned the proceedings over to Laura Estes, who challenged guests with quilt-related games.
Dinner featuring Cornish game hen and including a choice of dessert was provided by Marla Beth of Helping Hands Catering.
Quilters each brought 2 “fat quarters” of fabric to the event, to be exchanged via a “left-right-left’ passing game. Juli Weishaar won a prize for the cutest wrapping of the fat quarters.
Secret sister gifts were exchanged and a sign up sheet for next year’s exchange was distributed.
