INCIDENT LOG

Nov. 28: An abandoned pickup truck that apparently was involved in a rollover accident was discovered on Ditmar Road just north of Four Corners Road. Deputies located the driver as she was being treated at Lincoln Hospital in Davenport.

Nov. 29: A Sprague woman reported the theft of eight to 10 bags of used aluminum cans from her backyard in the 600 block of West Fifth Avenue.

A Stagecoach Lane resident advised that a license plate had been taken off her truck.

Deputies responded to a harassment report involving residents of the 500 block of Thirteenth Street in Davenport.

A Creston woman reported someone was continually driving around their residence on SW C Street.

Wilbur Police investigated a check fraud incident.

Nov. 30: Deputies investigated vandalism at the men's restroom at Davenport's Pioneer Plaza.

Town officials in Almira requested extra patrols due to semi-trucks speeding on Main and Third streets.

A collision involving a vehicle and deer was reported on Seven Bays Road just past the airfield.

The owner of property on Sage Hen Draw Road reported hunters had trespassed over the past three days.

Minor injuries may have resulted from a two-car collision on SR 2 near Davenport.

Dec. 1: After hearing a knock on the front door of her Main Street residence, a Davenport woman thought it suspicious and phoned dispatchers.

Someone is "doing brodies" after each time Lincoln County Public Works crews put fresh gravel on Haden Road in the Wilbur area.

At the request of her physician's office, an ambulance was sent to a residence in the 600 block of Ross Street in Davenport, from which a woman had called. Staff heard slurred speech and was concerned she "might be having trouble getting up."

Deputies investigated a Davenport man's complaint that someone had made fraudulent use of his debit card.

Odessa Police responded to a report of illegal burning of yard debris in the 100 block of East Sixth Avenue.

Dec. 2: A woman asked deputies to take charge of two large knives she found at Fourth and Logan streets in Davenport.

Construction workers discovered a broken triple pane window at the Davenport Elementary School project.

Deputies took possession of a letter expressing regret for stealing items that was found on a printer at Davenport High School.

A caller reported that a man drove by a residence in the 9000 block of Knapp Road and yelled obscenities.

A woman told dispatchers that her vehicle had been run off the roadway by a red pickup truck at the intersection of SR 2 and 25 in Davenport.

Loud music, along with slamming of drawers and cupboards, in the 400 block of Ross Street in Davenport reportedly shook pictures on a resident's wall.

Odessa Police responded to a caller's request to check out "blood spatter" found in the Bank of America parking lot.

Dec. 3: Davenport ambulance crews assisted a woman who fell and experienced dizziness while in Davenport Pharmacy.

Wilbur Police investigated a man's report of receiving a $5,000 sweepstakes check that he took to Key Bank, where he learned that it had been written on a closed account.

Dec. 4: A Sprague woman called dispatchers after experiencing difficulty while attempting to retrieve property from a residence in the 500 block of West Third.

A Tyler Road resident became concerned when hunters seemed to be shooting guns in his direction.

Deputies responded to a possible domestic incident at a residence on Marshall Street in Davenport.

A caller advised dispatchers of a key that became stuck in a deposit box at Coulee Dam Credit Union in Creston.

Correction officers had some trouble booking an uncooperative inmate charged with malicious mischief and vehicle prowling, both with domestic violence connections.

A gas leak was discovered in a hose at Colvilles, Inc., in Reardan.

Nov. 28: Katie M. Rafter, 31, Medical Lake, arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) for failing to appear for driving while license suspended.

Nov. 29: Lisa K. White, 47, no address listed, held under contract for the Washington State Department of Corrections.

Edward V. Lashkey, 21, Spokane Valley, held under contract for the Washington State Department of Corrections.

Petr Alexander Karapetr, 21, Spokane, held five days under contract with the City of Cheney.

Devin B. Johnson, 21, Spokane, held under contract for the Washington State Department of Corrections.

Lyle M. Gullard (LG Painting), Davenport, must pay $1,251.97 in unpaid taxes from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 of this year to the Washington State Department of Revenue.

Charles D. Potts, of Wilbur, must return $6,678.84 in overpaid unemployment compensation to the Washington State Department of Employment Security.

Kenneth H. Stocking, of Sprague, must return $1,663.84 in overpaid unemployment compensation to the Washington State Department of Employment Security.

New Criminal Cases

Nicole Denise Landsiedel, 39, and Richard Daniel McRae, 28, both of Davenport, are charged with criminal conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine in connection with incidents in January, March and October of this year in Davenport. Two others have been named as co-defendants.

Michael Anthony Moro, 24, of Spokane, is charged with delivering marijuana to a fellow inmate in the Lincoln County Jail on Oct. 28.
