He was born June 30, 1946, in Peoria, Okla. to Jasper “Jack” and Maudie (Carver) Hopkins. He married Colleen Lanway on July 2, 1982 in Wilbur.
Don is survived by his wife, Colleen, at the home; two sons R.J.
