Myra M. Walter

Myra M. Walter died November 23, 2011, at her home in East Wenatchee. She was 96.

Myra Margaret Elizabeth Miller was born August 19, 1915, in Ritzville to Weston Otis Miller, a country lawyer, and Elizabeth Walters Miller. She attended Ritzville schools until her junior year, then graduated from Roosevelt High School in Seattle in 1933. She attended Whitman College and Washington State College (now WSU), graduating with a Bachelors of Education degree in 1938. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority.
