Hemmerling gets doctorate in educational leadership

Former Odessa residents, Bob and Casey Hemmerling, currently of Spokane, are proud to announce the graduation of their daughter, Sonja Hemmerling. She has earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Leadership from Capella University's School of Education.
