The regular meeting of the Odessa School Board on October 24 once again drew several parents and at least one grandparent of preschool-age children. At the previous month’s meeting, they had requested an additional day of preschool for their three-year-olds.
The schedule originally set up by the ECEAP (Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program) had Odessa’s four-year-olds having three days of preschool and a group of older three-year-olds having two days of preschool.
