Late last week deputies arrested a male juvenile for the burglary and theft that occurred on the early morning hours of April 26 at the Davenport Subway shop. After following up on several leads, information was learned that resulted in the arrest of a juvenile male in the case. The investigation also revealed that the suspect was responsible for other crimes in the area to include theft and vehicle prowling.
The juvenile suspect was taken to Martin Hall in Spokane for holding and subsequent charges will be pending. Many man hours of investigation went into solving these cases. "Crime does not pay,” says Sheriff Wade Magers, “and another poor choice results in jail time." He also said he was pleased with the quick resolution in this case.
