Juvenile Offender Disposition
Having been credited for one day served in detention, a 15-year-old Davenport boy will be allowed to avoid two additional days if he complies with the court's conditions in a May 14 deferred disposition for malicious harassment in connection with threats of bodily harm made against another boy on April 26 at Davenport High School. According to the court record, the charge involves the offender's "perception of race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, mental, physical or sensory handicaps that placed (the victim) in reasonable fear of harm to person or property." The offender threatened to shoot his classmate in the face or stab him. He must complete 50 hours community service, have no alcohol, illegal drugs or weapons, and complete any counseling recommended by his probation officer.

Injuries were reported to the woman's arm and thigh, and the man's left ear. Toliver also suffered an injury to his face (near an eye) and was described as face down on the ground, still conscious, by the male victim, who placed the call for assistance to dispatchers in Davenport. According to the deputy's report, Toliver became angry when he saw the woman sitting with the man in the latter's truck. He was released from custody and ordered to have no contact with either victim, possess no weapons, abstain from drinking intoxicants and remain in Eastern Washington.
