P.C. Jantz Elementary students receive reading awards

Rewards were recently given to the great reading students of P.C. Jantz Elementary school. Those awards were chosen by the classroom teachers.

Winning the awards in kindergarten were: Most Improved - Corby Neilsen and Kenzy Kuchenbuch; bookworms - Holden Iverson and Mackenzie Lutz.

First grade: most expressive - Destiny Wiles; most improved - Keira Buck and Nicholas Glasow. Bookworms - Jade Maddock and Jacob Scrupps.

Second grade: REading king and queen - Isaiah Chaves and Leala Hardung. Reading prince and princess - Gage Starkel and Macey Singer. Dragon reader most improved - Ashlyn Neilsen.

Third grade: AR king and queen - Nathan Carstenson and Chloe Winkler. Most improved - Bradly Singer and Tori Schlomer.

Fourth grade: Most daring - Colton Messer. Most improved - Chase Kissler and Katreace Boss. Bookworms - Pilot Weishaar and Kaya Curo. These students also recieved a book of their choice along with reading certificates.

Jr. High classes recieved their awards for the highest percentage right on their Accelerated Reading tests. Fifth grade king and queen Morgan Costello, 100% and Ireland Luiten, 98%. Sixth grade kind and queen , Evan Gonzales, 100% and Kassidy Crossley, 99%. Seventh grade king and queen, Jayd Jennings, 94% and Dannielle Tebow, 88%.
