Monday, Aug. 12: A malfunction was reported at the Mondovi railroad crossing.
A woman reported someone living on property adjacent to SR 25 north of Davenport without paying rent.
A deputy checked out a report of an altercation involving three individuals in the Knack Road vicinity.
A Lincoln resident reported he was a victim of harassment.
Wilbur Police responded to a verbal dispute between a man and woman over child custody issues in the 500 block of NW Main Avenue.
Tuesday, Aug. 13: A Sprague woman asked for law enforcement assistance to prevent a domestic assault she believed could occur. She was advised to secure a protection order from the court.
After receiving a report that a cropdusting plane was flying below the tree line over the Sprague city limits, a deputy determined the situation was okay.
An Edwall resident reported a trespassing incident involving a 20-year-old man who came into her house without knocking, despite being told to stay away from her.
A caller advised that wheat trucks were speeding through Harrington.
A Davenport man reported he was a victim of eBay fraud involving a laptop computer and other items he expected to receive. Instead, he was sent an empty DVD case in a manila envelope.
Instead of finding squatters that were supposedly occupying a residence in the 300 block of Jefferson Street in Davenport, a deputy determined that an authorized cleanup crew was at work at the property that is in foreclosure.
An antique tool box and tools were reported missing from a residence in the 400 block of 6th Street in Sprague.
At the town park, Wilbur police detained a boy who had been reported missing by Colville Tribal authorities.
Wednesday, Aug. 14: Emergency personnel responded to a Rocklyn Road property about a quarter mile north of the Harrington Airport Road intersection to deal with a mulch pile with straw that caught fire after a lawnmower became disabled next to it.
A Grand Coulee woman reported a break-in at a storage unit.
Davenport Family Foods personnel detained two girls for shoplifting.
An intoxicated man observed lying near railroad tracks northeast of Williams Lake Road was arrested for trespassing. A train was forced to stop when the individual was on the tracks at one point.
A collision involving a car and deer was reported on SR 2 between Wilbur and Almira.
A 20-year-old man was taken into custody after a window was broken out at Lincoln County Pharmacy in Davenport.
A number of young people were observed going in and out of a residence in the 900 block of Marshall Street in Davenport, arousing suspicion since the house is up for sale.
National Park Service personnel assisted with a boat problem by Long Beach near Fort Spokane.
Thursday, Aug. 15: Harrington ambulance personnel assisted a 96-year-old woman who had fallen.
A 50-year-old woman was transported to Lincoln Hospital from the Hawk Creek area after she experienced trouble breathing.
A caller advised he chased off two juveniles from his fenced yard in the vicinity of Eleventh and Main streets in Davenport.
Responding to a report that a Harrington woman hadn't been seen or heard from over a few days, and that power was off at her house, a deputy managed to locate her and determine she was in financial difficulty. He supplied phone contacts for her to request assistance.
A Sprague man told dispatchers he believes he is a victim of identity theft after it appeared his Social Security number had been used fraudulently.
Odessa firefighters responded to a fire about 2½ miles west of Odessa on SR 28.
Two semi-trucks reportedly collided at the intersection of Harrington Tokio Road and Mohler Road. One was on its side. Drivers were examined and treated at Lincoln Hospital in Davenport.
A caller told dispatchers that a dog owner consistently fails to use a leash while riding a scooter or tractor, with his pet following behind, in the 600 block of Ross Street in Davenport. He added that the dog continually chases his older cat and eats its food in the yard.
While cleaning a house in the 500 block of Maxwell Street in Davenport, a woman discovered marijuana and paraphernalia inside.
A Sprague man reported that someone was trying to sell items he owned at a residence in the 200 block of B Street.
A deputy handled a dispute between a Creston woman and her son.
Odessa Police responded to a report of multiple juveniles prowling in the 100 block of East 2nd Avenue.
Friday, Aug. 16: Sprague ambulance personnel responded to a residence on Max Harder Road to assist a woman experiencing abdominal pain and fever.
Odessa ambulance personnel assisted a possible stroke victim in the 400 block of West 2nd Avenue.
A deputy assisted a 96-year-old man who had fallen without injury at Lincoln County Pharmacy in Davenport.
A Ford woman told dispatchers she had received harassing phone calls from a man who, she said, refuses to leave her alone.
Wilbur Police assisted an intoxicated man in his 70s who had fallen backwards onto a gravel road and helped an individual with a bee sting allergy at Sandy's Family Foods.
Saturday, Aug. 17: Deputies responded to a report of a juvenile runaway in the Davenport area.
A tree fell across Miles Creston Road near its intersection with SR 2.
Despite a report that fireworks and bottle rockets were being shot off at a mobile home park near The Viking restaurant in Sprague, a responding deputy didn't find any.
Sunday, Aug. 18: A caller advised that a 2- or 3-year-old child had been locked out of a residence in the 200 block of Seventh Street in Davenport for about 1½ hours and was crying and screaming to be allowed inside.
A large tree was down across Indian Creek Road about 1½ miles from Hawk Creek.
Two 42-inch television sets were reported stolen from classrooms at Trinity Bible Fellowship in Davenport. Entry may have been made through a cut window screen.
A deputy checked out a report from a Davenport residence that a man wanted to move out and join the Air Force but his mother wouldn't let him take anything with him when he leaves.
Dispatchers were advised of an argument between a Davenport area man and his adult son concerning 50 Oxycodone pain pills that were missing.
A deputy and Wilbur Police responded to a report of a Wilbur woman described as "coming down off of heroin and tearing the house apart."
A note was left on a vehicle parked at the Spring Canyon campground that it had been backed into.
