Kitchen gets $20,000 LC grant

The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners announced the 2013 Rural Development Fund grant awards at its regular meeting Tuesday, November 5.

n $20,000 was awarded to the Odessa Chamber of Commerce for its WSDA-certified commercial community kitchen within the Odessa Community Center.

n $20,000 was also awarded to the City of Davenport for a restroom/concession facility for the Field of Dreams Sports Complex.

n $15,000 was awarded to the Harrington Opera House Society for sidewalk improvements, including ADA-compliant ramp installation.
