The boys varsity basketball team had a good week, getting wins in all three of the games it played.
ACH
Playing at home in Odessa Tuesday, January 14, the Titan boys varsity defeated Almira-Coulee/Hartline, which, like the Titans, also finds itself in a rebuilding year and with a very young team. O-H has only one senior on the team and ACH has none.

Jacob DeWulf led the Titan offense with 20 points, with 11 rebounds and 2 steals. Carsen Weber had 15 points, 1 rebound, 3 assists, 4 steals; Sam Schafer 6 points, 1 rebound, 2 assists, 2 steals; Trevor King 2 points, 1 rebound, 1 steal; Colt Sanford 1 point, 5 rebounds; Dakota Largent 1 point; Shane Whitaker 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals.
Wellpinit
On Friday, January 17, the Titans traveled to Wellpinit and defeated the home team, 60-37.

Whitaker led the Titan offense with 16 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal, followed closely by Jacob DeWulf with 15 points, 7 rebounds, 1 steal. Schafer added 13 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals, and Weber put in another 11, with 4 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals. Largent had 3 points, 1 rebound, 1 assist, 1 steal; Sanford had 2 points, 6 rebounds, 1 steal; King pulled down 6 rebounds.
Wilbur/Creston
On January 18 against W/C in Creston, the Titans squeaked past the Wildcats, 47-44.

Weber led the offense in this game with 19 points, with 1 assist and 6 steals. Jacob DeWulf had 12 points, to go with 12 rebounds and 1 assist. Whitaker added 11 points and had 5 rebounds. Schafer had 3 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, 3 steals. Sanford had 2 points and 5 rebounds. Trevor King had 2 rebounds.
