The Odessa Board met at noon on February 5, 2014 for a special meeting to change the calendar for the 2013-2014 school year. The snow make-up day scheduled for February 28 has been changed to March 7. If there are no additional days when school is canceled due to the weather, then March 7 will be the only make-up day....
